Cancellation & Refund
At Denissons Resort, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 3 to 6 days of the check-in date will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
Refund Process
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
- Please note that service charges, taxes, or bank fees may be deducted as applicable.
Special Offers & Promotions
- Bookings made under special promotions, offers, or non-refundable rates are not eligible for cancellations or refunds.
Early Departure
- In case of early departure, no refunds will be provided for the unused nights.
